How to Record Calls with the Wave Softphone for Desktop

The Wave softphone will support call recording and you can easily toggle on or off in an active call. You can also playback recordings on the softphone.

Recording a call

To record a call, simply press the  icon whilst in an active call. The icon will drop below the other settings to indicate the call being recorded.

To identify if a call is being recorded or not, see the screenshots below:

Accessing Recorded Calls

To access calls that you have recorded after a call, select Recordings on the left hand side of the softphone.

 

You will be able to listen to your call recording(s).

If you want to download or delete your call recordings, select  icon, you will be presented with the option to delete or export your recording.
