Setting Premium Calling Destinations

To set you International and Premium Calling Destination please go to Billing & Usage –> International and Premium Calling.

You will see the following section first, with all the options disabled to default. You can choose to enable calls to:

  • Landlines
  • Mobile Phones
  • Freephone
  • Directory Enquiries
  • Premium Rate
  • Other Numbers

Setting International Destinations

Next, you can select to enable international calls.

Next, you can specify which countries you want to be able to call.

It is recommended that you only enable the countries you expect to call, so you are protected against calls to expensive destinations you don’t require.

Lastly, all your exceptions can be toggled on and off in this section.

You will need to create an exception if you wish to call a destination which has a cost higher than 20p minute

In this example, I have allowed the extension Joe to call Australia with the cost of up to 50p a minute
