Viewing Blocked Calls
There are several reasons why calls may be blocked. These are
- Destination Country not allowed in International Call Barring
- You have exceeded your Daily Spend Limit
- Your account is on hold due to an outstanding balance.
If any of these happen you will see a message like the one below when you log in to the control panel.
You can click on resolve issue, or you can go to Billing and Usage –> Blocked outbound calls.
You will then see this following page. It breaks down which user made the call, the destination phone number. and the time of the call.
It then explains why the call was blocked. In this example, it says ‘You’ve not allowed this call in your international & premium settings.
You can choose to click allow and this will unblock calls to this number by making an exception.
Alternatively, you can decide to enable a call to their entire destination country for the future using this guide.
